Mamelodi Sundowns fan Sello Moyana who attacked Rhulani Mokwena while still with Orlando Pirates on the 10th of November 2018 at Loftus Versfeld Stadium has welcomed him back at the club with open arms.
On the 7th of July 2020, Sundowns welcomed Mokwena back at the club as they look to reinforce their technical team ahead of the 2020/21 season.

In an interview with the City Press, Moyana said, “Personally, I welcome the return of Rhulani. Sundowns is his home and that will not change. He is a good coach and will add value to the technical team like he did before. Our team had a lot of success when he was with us and now that he is back.”

“I would love to meet him one day and speak with [to] him. I would like to explain to him why I did it and ask for forgiveness. We [Me and my wife (Angela)] have two kids and are expecting a boy soon. I think I will name him Rhulani,” Moyana added.
