“We believe we have put a solid technical team together and we will give them all the necessary support they require,” Motaung told the club’s official website.

“The wealth of experience among the three gentlemen is what we need to ensure we compete and build a strong team.

“The fact that Arthur and Dillon will concurrently work with the senior team as well as with our Reserve side means that the transition for the young players to the first team squad will be easier.

“We have an abundance of talent. However, they will need nurturing while we also need to focus on winning. Both assistant coaches have youth football experience and we believe they will continue to share their knowledge with our other youth coaches and players.”

  1. Kaizer Motaung was supposed to do this long time maybe after the departure of Stuart Baxter. Kaizer chiefs is in the right hands when he’s taking orders himself now.

  2. It’s seems we are moving on a right direction but I so wish that Motoung himself can clarity early the role of his to children to the team early because I’m afraid of leaving the club on the wrong hands that will be the end of his good work of his life.

So he must decide early n guide those who will be running the team while is still alive 0768881158

  3. Let me take thos opportunity to appreciate the initiative that Mr Motaung have taken. He was supppsed to have done this long rime ago when stuart baxter left the team. But i have hope in this technical team and he must be in frontlone to assist the mamagement and dont let O Bobby interferes with management system

  4. For transition from development to senior both guys are more suitable for that, I also suggest that Gevin Hunt be beefed up other two most senior and experienced assistant coaches meaning the entire technical team should be made out of 5 people Hunt included less goalkeeper coaches 2, with a maximum squad that will compete locally and continentally

  5. It is something which should’ve been implemented long time ago,we would’ve been more competitive by now and winning trophies

  6. Well done bra Kaizer, you are on the right track.the rerult will come itself.ehat i like most most about this combination is wewe have the hunter (umzingeli) the Shepperd (umelusi) and 10111 to speed up things.

  7. Thanks to our father as we ar kaizer chiefs family Bobby wl destroy our team and fans wl kp on beating coaches in stadiums bcz of cup desperation we ar known as cup specialist bt since Bobby ws brought into manangement we ar known as cups failures cn u at least bring junior kaizer bcz he played wt the gyz he knws the culture .

  8. Same speach every beginning of the season. The problem is not with development. The problem lies with the first team. They need to inspire the juniors to want to be part of the elite team. The elite team needs to understand that youngsters are waiting to fill they space.

All players are there to get paid.. they need to start earning their salaries. We have had good coaches and these players with attitudes have destroyed good coaches confidence in their jobs because they have rights and powers.

I think Hunt is good at what he does. However it is gonna take time for players to adjust to his play. Bobby to stay out of Gavin way and allow him to do his thing

  9. They should have done this with bra steve and give him the support he deserve more youth coach with local football understanding, just like motsepe Stayed with Pitso even at the risk of his own life,
By the way what happen to the ” chiefs way football philosophy”
Chiefs need to really take grooming and development seriously, these who l fix of bringing cheap Zimbabwean youth at the expect of our youth hasn’t paid much dividend for chiefs..
