Former Bafana Bafana and Mamelodi Sundowns Pitso Mosimane has landed at the Cairo International Airport and was happily met by Al Ahly fans.

Mosimane was on Thursday appointed as Al Ahly head coach following the departure of Rene Weiler. And according to reports, Al Ahly offered Mosimane a salary in the region of R54-million per annum, excluding win bonuses.

Mosimane, who won five Absa Premiership titles with the Brazilians, has signed a two-year contract with the Egyptian giants.
