Having made history by being the first Mexican club to reach a FIFA Club World Cup final, Club Tigres and adidas launch the club’s special third shirt. Club Tigres will face European champions Bayern Munich on Thursday.
The shirt follows a detail of the template of the first and second uniforms of this season, that is, with the name of the club at the center of the jersey, in place of the sponsor Cemex – which instead, is placed a little lower. In the white-based model, the gold writing and details stand out, which characterize the shirt with a fine touch and a dimension of elegance.
The central band with the inscription TIGRES in white, the symbol of adidas and the coat of arms of the club plus, along all shoulders and sleeves, the three stripes typical of the German brand are in gold. The edge of the sleeves is also made of gold.
The gold colour of the shirt is to remember the victories of the Mexican club’s trophies (including seven Mexican championships and a CONCACAAF Champions League) and, precisely for this reason, it is thought that the shirt can also appear in the final against Bayern Munich, which in turn, could put another special kit.
