AIK Fotboll has launched a new jersey to celebrate its 130 years of existence and once again support the attendance of children to sports fields during the summer through kit sales.
130 jerseys were put up for sale, and the jersey – dubbed “CXXX Edition” – will be worn by the team during the pre-season.
The jersey, part of a collection that includes other garments, is painted black and gold with a chevron made up of seven lines that lead to the original crest with which the club was founded, which at that time was intended to include any sport. and be open to all.
The Nike Swoosh and the stylized 1891 take up space at the top, while the institution’s first name (Allmänna Idrottsklubben) and the founding date adorn the back of the neck.
The name of the shirt is stamped inside the collar. An embossed Nike crest and logo box will accompany the launch, including a message in which the club declares its intention to support children through sport and initiatives like this despite the harsh circumstances of the pandemic.
