Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Pitso Mosimane said he enjoyed working with former Orlando Pirates midfielder Oupa ‘Ace’ Manyisa.
The relationship between Sundowns and Manyisa came to an end after the club decided against exercising their option for an extension.

“It’s a pity that he didn’t play much this year and his achilles only healed just a month before the lockdown break and he had played in a few friendlies,” Mosimane said on Sundowns’ official website.

“He is an exceptional player that can play in any position and will be an asset to any team.”

The former Sundowns midfielder signed a two-year deal with Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila FC, who bought Bidvest Wits’ PSL status, following his release.
