Argentinian football giants Boca Juniors drop their 2020/21 third shirt, inspired by the iconic Bombonera Stadium.
The 2020/21 third kit was released by adidas to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the legendary Bombonera Stadium.
Bombonera Stadium (also known as La Bombonera) currently has a capacity of around 48,000 and the club’s popularity make tickets hard to find, especially for the Superclasico derby against River Plate.
Boca’s third shirt is based on Condivo 20, customized in yellow with blue highlights on the collar and cuffs, also adding a graphic on the side panels representing the stadium stairs in knitted halftone.
The Bombonera seen from above appears in an engraving in the middle of the chest along with a motto referring to the 80 years of its foundation.
The club’s crest is embroidered in its official colours, accompanied by the adidas and sponsor logos in blue, in addition to the three shoulder straps.
As in the other two shirts, the slogan “Half +1” sits on the back of the neck. Yellow shorts and socks with blue branding complete the new Boca Juniors uniform.
